Preston House 1 is a very nice private house, located at 2097 Forest Trail, same neighborhood as PH2 (across the street), 2,300 sq. feet, sleeps up to 14, 4BR / 2.5 BA, overflow sleeping (full futon and twin day bed) in living room. Twin roll-aways also available.
